“I can Honestly say that SKATEBOARDING saved my life.  As a kid in the 80's I was riding around on a big fish of a board when the  kids I ran with started getting into trouble, I had the ability to roll away from that influence on a Skateboard. The skateboarding experience brings fond memories to many, including myself; Geanette Floyd, Co-Owner - Vida Loca Skateboards.  Many people believe in various forms of active sports, we believe in making a difference through skateboarding.  Over the course of our lives we’ve supported many causes and have watched loved ones, close friends and acquaintances experience a vast array of challenges.  Most prominent for us as an organization has been Breast Cancer.  Therefore, we have determined based on our individual journeys to bring together a community of support coupled with the love of skateboarding.
